Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:
- Information you give us — such as your name, email, phone number, business details, and anything you include when you submit a form, book a call, or email us.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider, Square. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage information — basic, mostly anonymous data about how visitors use our site (such as pages viewed), collected through analytics and cookies to help us improve.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and manage our services, process payments, improve our website, and — only where you have given consent — send you relevant updates. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed — for example payment processing (Square), form delivery and email, scheduling, hosting, and analytics (which may include Google). These providers are bound to protect your information. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies & analytics
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which we securely delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA) you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request deletion, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@triedtrue.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to it.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
